Reception & Admin

We have a large reception and administration team who try hard to meet all your needs as promptly as possible. Please understand we do need a little time to get forms filled in, letters typed etc. Many patients request completion of forms in 24 hours or less and this is just not possible. We cater for around 12000 individual patients and while we try to do things as quickly as possible we naturally get a huge number of requests. We will always do our best to help and if there are problems we would ask you to bring them to the attention of the practice manager. Some forms do not come under the NHS Services and you may be charged for them to be completed.

Community Nurses

District Nurses visit patients who are unable to come to surgery. Provide care and support in a number of situations, especially after discharge from hospital and for patients with long-term illness.They can be contacted on Luton 700301 during the day and out of hours Bedford 01234 257665.

Health Visitors

Our Health Visitors are now based at Marsh Farm Futures, Futures House, The Moakes, Luton, Bedfordshire LU3 3QB They can also be contacted via our local children’s centres.
